Sap Gui on wts 2003 - Bug Screen

Hello,

I have one problem with Sap Gui in Thin Client

The wts server is windows 2003 Server Standard Edition SP2

The problem is occourred with in top. I have print screen:

What is Solution?

I'm going see the video configuration of thin client.

That's funny, but only the title bar is Wrong. i'm going searching for other solutions.

What are the specs of the server? Do all users get this screen paint display error or just some?

I would try changing the theme to something like Enjoy instead of the Signature Design and see if that gives you a better resolve.

Hi Michael,

All users have this error.

I changed the Theme. Only Classic Theme is works correctly, but the Classic Theme is prehistoric LOL. The windows 95 uses this, lol.

Hi marciofornari ,

the graphical error seems to come from the thin client. Please try to switch off the Shadow Border of SAP GUI (Options Menu -> Visual Design -> Theme Preview/Settings -> [ ] Show Shadow Border).

Maybe that gives an improvement.

Classic? ehhh yea, agreed. That is a little outdated. But you know someone is using it! heh

I would also try setting the Low Speed connection for the system you are connecting to. Just to see if that makes a difference as well.
