Modify vendor registration page

Hello Experts,

Can anybody guide me on how to modify the vendor registration page (ESO version 5.1)?

I can access the page without any problems (http://<site and port>/sourcing/fsguestvendor/vendordesktop/register), however, I can't find where I can actually customize this page. Only thing I could find was related class (vendormgmt.vendor_registration).

Your help is appreciated.
