Delivery for Return STO sent from ECC does not show up in APO MRP area

please see the cases below.

1)when we create a STO for MRP areas and CIF to APO , Data shows up in SNP DIstribution receipts MRP area

2)When we create a delivery for STO and CIF to APO, Data shows up in SNP distribution receipts MRP area

3)when we create a return STO for MRP areas and CIF to APO, Data shows up in SNP distribution receipts at MRP area

But when we create a delivery for return STO and CIF to APO, Data shows up in SNP distribution receipts at PLANT level

Can any one please let us know why it is showing at PLANT level as we like to see it at MRP area level.

our MRP areas are combination of PLANT and Storage location.

we have referred SAP NOTE 1110352 PLANT ,instead of MRP area for replenishment deliveries but this is already been implemented. Even then we see the return deliveries at plant level on the APO side and not on the MRP area level.

Can anyone respond to this.
