We are migrating our system from Z/OS to AIX and going live in the october time frame. I am wondering if there are any go-live services SAP offers for SAP migrations.

Yes, SAP offers Go-Live check for migration projects as well. Same you can check on https://websmp207.sap-ag.de/osdbmigration under FAQ section.
