We have 2 geograhics users connecting to SAP system via Load Balancing ...We have no issues from one geographic users but we have NAT IP configured for one country and when connecting via SAP GUI for the Load Balancing configured server ,connection fails. Direct connection to individual server works fine and connecting via Command Prompt using "sapgui Hostname 00 "works and enables the Load Balancing options ....

Have tried everything from customizing the INI file with NAT IP Adresses, Directly involving the Hostname , updating the msg.ini , services file but still have the below message

partner Message Server Hostname:3200'not reached

Hello Priyanka,

With regards to the above reported error "WSAEWOULDBLOCK Resource

temporarily unavailable":

This error is returned by the operating systems when non-blocking

sockets cannot be completed immediately - for example it can be

triggered when no data is queued to be read from the socket.

It is a nonfatal error, and the operation should be retried later.

It is normal for WSAEWOULDBLOCK to be reported as a result of trying to

connect to a nonblocking SOCK_STREAM socket, since some time must elapse

for the connection to be established.

In any case, seems to be caused by the configuration of your network,

be it a failure on the DNS server, a problem with the configuration of

your 'hosts' file on the workstations connecting to the server etc.

Please check the following notes:

  1. 180940 - Microsoft QoS support

  2. 129997 - Hostname and IP address lookup
