Hi, experts.

I need your help, I can not active active the queues on the sap pi, i enter in the tcode sxmb_amd -> manage queques, i push the button register queues the systems answers " Registration Complete", but when I press the button activate queues the systems answers " Registration Canceled".

I´ll be very grateful to hear your suggestions, Thank you.

this is generally when there are some queues pending in SMQ1/2 .. try to clear all the queues before the activity

In the tcode SMQ1 and SMQ2, there are not queues pending.

Hi Sarah,

I enter in the tcode SU01 and my profile is SAP_ALL. Also I enter in tcodes: SMQ01 and SMQ02, there is none queue active.

Hello,

You could check that your user has the necessary authorization to do this action.

Also please check if you already activated a generic queue like "" or "X", in this case the registration will also fail.
