two inspection

Dears

i have a scenario like below

for the raw material for incoming inspection two different type of inspection i want to do

first inspection: Quality inspection

it is need to be trigger at always when a GR is happen

Second inspection:Quantity couning(number counting)

It need to be trigge for each 100 lot....for this i need to use DMR

How to achive it as both usage is 5 in inspection plan

Just giving re-thought to your question,

Say you have activated 01 inspection type & z01 inspection type.But when 100th inspection comes how do you expect system to create Two lots at same time for same inspection lot origin.

I do not think its possible unless you have different PO or material document or inspection origin.

You have to find out different solution such as manual inspection lot of Inspection lot origine 89 etc for 100th lot.

Before closing this thread let me put what i understand from your answer

It is not possible to trigger two inspection lot from a single origin(01 inspection type)

Its not possible at same instance.Means from same PO,same material document number

is it possible achive this if we create a new inspection type for any of the inspection?

User exit documentation is giving somthign differect what i expect
