MII 12.1 IGrid Dynamic load Problem

Hi,

We seem have encountered a strange problem. Please let us know if someone else has seen this problem.

We have a single applet with an IGrid object & Ichart object(Display Template) and a Query Template attached to this display template.

There are 2 radio buttons (Datewise, Hourly) on the page. On page load, the Datewise data loads fine in all the objects, however on choosing the u2018Hourlyu2019 option which in turn calls a OnClick event, we dynamically pass a different Display Template (Ichart & IGrid) and a different QueryTemplate object through JavaScript to the same applet.

The Icharts in the hourly option load properly, however the IGrid objects are blank. On click of the Refresh button which inturn calls the Onclick event the second time all objects display data properly. Has someone seen this problem where the data does not get displayed the very first time and a user has to click twice.

MII version is 12.1.0 Build(210)

Hello Tony,

MII version is 12.1.0 Build(210)

It appears you are on the base version of MII 12.1 and since then there has been significant changes to MII 12.1. If I am not wrong the latest version of MII 12.1 is 12.1.8 SP08 with patch 09.

I would suggest you to upgrade to latest 12.1 version that might resolve all of your issues.
