Email Notifications Using cFolders

Hi ,

We need to make sure that email notifications from SAP cFolders are sent to specific users in a customer-supplier landscape.

In the standard system, nofications can be sent manually to users ...However , they land in the "Received Notifications"Folder and not via email...

We would like to have the notifications to be sent automatically and more importantly, to a specific user's email id. ..

Can anyone please help me with the solution ... Thanks in adv.

The first pre-requisite to fulfill your requirement would be to enable e-mails for c-Folders by setting up SMTP service,domain definition,email server creation etc which i assume has been completed.

Then on,log into your cFolders application and navigate to Settings > Notifications > Receieve notification as e-mail > Daily > Save.Also, ensure that you have Activated 'Summary E-mails' in Network Admin > Notifications.Further,ensure that you have checked the 'Subscribe' field for objects for which you wish to notify users via email.

Once done,the above setting will ensure that stakeholders are notified via e-mail whenever changes to specific objects are carried out.Hope this helps.
