Pricing through IDOC's

HI Gurus,

In the current system the orders are manually entered and pricing is determined, there is going to be change scenario where in the orders and pricing would be through IDOC's the pricing coming via IDOC is valid and to be captured in order and not the one maintained in VK11.

Is there any change in configuration either in pricing procedure or conditions required for the above scenario.

Hi,

There is no need to change the Pricing Procedure. But Condition records should be deleted. If any condition record exists for the condition type it will take precedence and reflect in Sales order. So make sure that no condition record exists for the conditions that are mapped in IDOC.

Ensure that price update is not taking place at billing level, it should be same as sales order(Copy control settings)

Proper mapping of segments in IDOC.

Thanks for the quick reply.

The whole issue is the orders would be created manually and as well through IDOCs so I do not have much option of deleting the records.

in conditons control V/06 does field manual entries have any control, if I would give "C - manual entry has priority" does IDOC price have priority?
