Difference between MIC Inspection plan inspection setup

Hi,

Whats the difference between Inspection setup(in Quality management view of material master), inspection plan and master inspection characteristics. How are they related to master recipe??

In simple words

Inspection setup : Is use for to setup th inspection which contains different Inspection types in QM view.

inspection plan : Depending upon the inspection type in inspection setup ,you can plan your inspection with Task list.This task list can be a Inspection plan or material specification.Tick in QM view-> insepction setup>inspection type is avaiable for Task list.

master inspection characteristics: MIC is part of Inspection plan /material spec or certificate .MIC means a char to be inspected in Inspection plan.
