Approval of shopping cart with SRM 7 EHP1

Hi,

We are using SRM 7 EHP1. Now we have an issue about combination roles. There are two roles for employee, one roles is for ESS which call the simple shopper transaction when you shop but when you view the cart it display it in the SRM 7 view. But the other role (simple shopper) display it differently. Now the issue we are having is when the simple shopper role is assigned to Manager together with the Manager role (SRM 7) the manager can't seee the approve and reject button. But when assign together with the ESS role then can see the approve and reject button.

Hi Gigilantino,

Ask your Security person who maintains the roles to run a trace for the user and check which role or activity is missing.That might help.
