Changing currency in the Pricing Condition Records after saving

Hello,

I would like to know whether there is any way we can change the currency in VK12 in the pricing conditions records created via VK11. Please let me know.

For example, for PR00 condition type, I am maintaining condition records in VK11. I enter an amount and currency as USD and I save it. Now, in VK12, I would like to change the currency to EUR. Is this possible? Please share your ideas.

Dear Konduri Venkata Phani Prasad,

You have to go to VK12, select that record, delete the entry with USD.

Now there will be a deletion indicator which will get set against that line.

Create a new entry with the EURO.

Now save the record.

Check and revert back.

Dear Venkata Phani Prasad K,

The standard process is to set a deletion indicator and then create a new record for the new currency.

Currency conversion key suggested by our friend is to convert the document currency to condition currency and vice-versa.

you can do a table edit in se16n for the table *(THIS IS FOR YOUR INFORMATION, AND IT IS NOT ADVISABLE TO DO TABLE EDIT) *

table = KONP

Dear Phani,

I checked this requirement and found a "Check box: Currency Conversion" on Control Data2 Tab of PR00 in V/06.

But after checking this box it is not helping to change the Currency in VK12.

May be by some other ways we can change the currency.
