Hai Gurus
One of our clients' requirement is to create a sales order and do PGI in the previous dates in SAP as the physical sales had been processed in the previous date. But in sales order, if we put requested deliv date on a previous date, the system is confirming stock only for the next date in the schedule line. Is there anyway to change this??
Regards
Sidhu
Sales order and delivery will be created at the current date but you may create PGI at the previous date provided MM and FI period are open.
While doing PGI there is a option in delivery to enter actual PGI date. Here you may put the date at which you want to perform PGI and save the document. Your accouting doc will be created at the previous date

Hi,
You can put previous date but confirmation dated will be today or in future not in PAST
And doing PGI in back month also not possible if the MM posting period closed and even if you do that it will not viable to your business that you are doing it forcefully and again the document created date will be the current date that you can not change any how that date is take from windows operating system if platform is windows based for SAP.
