Hi Lata,

Execute ABAP report FP_PDF_TEST_00 instead of using SM59 connection test.

You have to execute the below said ABAP program then only you have check with Connection

Call transaction SA38. and Enter the name of the test report FP_PDF_TEST_OO.

Enter the name of the connection. It's the default name for ADS or else if you have specified another name, the one you are using in your system then Choose Execute (F8).

and also please read the Note944221 - Troubleshooting if problems occur in forms processing

I think it will more help to you.

Hello Lata,

If the ADS connection test is failing, then please check the password status of ADSUser in JAVA side and re-enter the same. Following this, check whether

1. On the User Management tab, in the User Tree, ensure that the ADSUser you created in ABAP appears under the ADSCallers group.

2. On the Policy Configurations tab, in the Components area, com.adobe/AdobeDocumentServices*AdobeDocumentServicesAssembly.jar has been selected

3. On the Security Roles tab, ensure that ADSCaller role has been mapped to the user

After all of the above steps, check the RFC connection in ABAP side, under the Technical Settings tab, whether the HTTP port number has been entered correctly. The exact following string needs to be entered:

/AdobeDocumentServices/Config?style=rpc

Finally in the Logon/Security tab, check the password of the user ADSUser.

Re-working the config steps will help sort out the issue, else please revert.

Warm Regards
