Deleting some of the combo box entries for field on BID INVITATION screen

Hi all,

I have a query regarding deleting some of the entries in the combo box for the field "Select a transaction type" when i click on the "Process Bid invitations" link under the "Strategic sourcing" node.

The main program for this screen is SAPLBBP_BID_INV from where i found out that the values for the "transaction type" selection field are getting populated through the value table "BBPC_PROC_TYPE_T" and not through any text elements!

Now i need to delete some of the entries which appear in the selection field for "transaction type".How can this be done in the best possible way?

Suggestions will be rewarded.

Hi Disha,

Define the relevant and required transaction types in SPRO for the Business Object Bid-Invitation. You can set the inactive indicator for the transaction types that you do not want to display.

You can define your own transaction types and can also control the follow-on document types from here.
