Changing default e-Mail for External Partner

We need to change the default message/email that the system sends to external partner. Where can we do that? Transaction? Text?

Any help?

Hi,

I am assuming you want to change the mail text send to your bidders.

Transaction : SE61

Document class : General text

Document name : PARTNER REQUEST ACCEPTED

You can modify the mail text here.

you can set it in vendor data in SRM system ,in the tab "company data "-"contact data ' ,in the end of the screen ,you can find the email address and the output type .Just change it .I t will be fine like you want .
