Travel Management: cancel trip

Hi Expert,

We have a business scenario where employee raises a future dated travel request say 1 month before with flight booking request, travel desk immediately books a ticket for cost saving.

Due to some circumstances employee has to cancel the trip.

On portal we have delete option but not cancel.

We can not allow employee to delete the trip, since all bookings will get deleted along with it and travel will have no track to cancel bookings.

Kindly suggest.

Pls go through this thread.

Only posted trip should be cancelled, and trips which are not posted should be deleted to avoid posting problems.
