Handhelp Motorola9090 F8 key not works

Hello, We have installed a handheld Motorola 9090, and the login into SAP works and the functions F3 works.

But when the user wants to logoff SAP and press the F8, the system do not do nothing.

In other plant we have a handheld IntermecCK31 and logoff from SAP works when F8 is selected. the decision screen appear when press F8.

What is wrong in the Motorola9090?

Any help is appreciated!!

Hello Marco,

Where you using telnet ( SLnet or Georgia soft) or Websap console to access sapconsole.

Is the client device is Wavelink client if so we have first identify the key sequence when hitting F8.

Once we identify the F8 key sequence we can map to our requirement.

Also pease check this SAP Note 1014914.

Our team in Germany send their MC9090 setting and we update the scanners and works perfectly.
