modifying CRM_DNO_SERVICE_MONITOR

Hi all,,

could you please give me basic help to create an own customer report for CR-management / service desk-management in solman. Where can I find the data model for incidents/CR's/CD's and TR's.

I am abap developer; but I've no experience with CRM and solman.

I need a report like CRM_DNO_SERVICE_MONITOR but with additional information about CR's and TR's.

Hi Andreas,

I think that you can use as template the information from Transaction /TMWFLOW/PROJ

This transaction contains all projects and requests that have been assigned to this project.

I'm sure that it won't be hard to you as abaper get all needed tables

Maybe this transaction will be enough to get required information and customer won't disturb you

You can also use transaction SOLAR_EVAL to view your changes made in ChaRM. When you get in to SOLAR_EVAL, click on "Change Request Management" and you should see a selection-screen with many choices to do a search on including transports.
