Redirection of GRC Access Control URL

Hi Experts,

Can anyone suggest me how to disable or change the CUP standard URL which is triggered while processing a CUP request?

Ex:https://<Hosename>:<Port>/AE/index.jsp?loadRequestStatusSearchClosed.do

Hi Mani,

I think you can achieve this by creating URL iview. But, this is something that you need to seek help from your portal developers (assuming that you don't have portal development knowledge). You can refer the below links for further assistance:

However, the setup is a bit different if you have SSO configured. You may refer the SAP notes - 711769 and 721815 for further information on these.

Dear Raghu,

Thank you for your detailed reply, but this is not what I was looking for may be my question was not clear.

Actually in a CUP request for each stage users get an automated notification along with the above mentioned url(which is hard coded by sap). I would like to change it according to my requirement. Can you please advise me how can it be done.
