Hi,
Check whether the AVAC status is activated. If yes, de-activate the availabilty control and then try the delete.

Is this happening only for this particular project or is this the same for all the projects? Which transaction are you using to delete the activity? Is it CJ20N, CN22 or something else? Try other transactions that allow you to delete activities.
Is there any budget maintained for the WBS under which this particular activity falls?
Check this and revert.
Hi Harshada Rane,
I am also facing the same error, can you please share your solution..

Is this happening only for this particular project it means the value is not matching between CJ33 & S_ALR_87013558 ,it could be that AVAC not working properly.
pls use the following T-Code cycle.it will help
1) CJBW - Deactivate Availability Control for that particular project
2) CJEN - Reconstruct Project Info Database. This will rebuild your RPSCO (Budget) Table
3) CJBN - Activate Availbability Control.
(AVAC would be at the WBS level, if it is present. For this project run the correction program, BPDIST03, then run CJEN. Then try the deletion.)
