Purchase Order with changes are automatic unreleased

Dear All,

Good day.

how can i setup/config Purchase Order

any changes in PO should be automatic unrealesed the PO and it will be approved again by approving officer

now if we changed the qty or price the PO are automatic unreleased and will approved again.

my problem is when i changed on the collapse item detail the start delivery date the PO are not automatic unrelased

can you please guide me on how to config all changes on PO should be automatic unrealsed.

HI,

In the release stratergy customizing while customizing the release indicator maintain the changeable and value change field and make the status blocked .This will allow the change up to the percentage you have maintained else the PO will be blocked and need further release.
