How to check data from RSA7? If any new or changed records are there, would they come to RSA7?

How do we know whether new or chahged records exists in our datasource?

you cant check data in RSA7 , it will just give u status of your job schedules if u have activated ur job it will show activated & latter when u release it , it will show u released also.

RSA7 is for Bw delta Queue maintenance.

it basiccally tell the description of all the jobs which are done released,scheduled,activated ,finished for particular user or in other words statuts of jobs .when ever a particular user get a new job it is added into it & status is shown.
