Displaying Sales Orders according to the Item category

How to display or view the sales orders considering item category as the selection criteria?

Before posting, please search the forum. Most of the questions are already answered.

For your question, you can use t.code SE16 and table VBAP. In the selection fields, you can find item category field. Alternatively, you can use t.code VA05 and in the result display you can filter by item category.
