Pop-ups while using E2E Root Cause Analysis

Hello Experts,

While performing the analysis ( work load, change..etc) in transaciton solman_workcenter -> root cause analysis -> End-to-End analysis - > work load analysis

We are getting popups with the message 'connect to 'Servername' and 'SAP Web Application (SID)' asking username and password while switching the tabs under 'work load analysis' or 'change' or exceptioin' analysis.

Pls let me know the steps to avoid this pop-ups.

From your description it sound like you need to enable SSO (Single Sign On)

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the response, while configruing the monitored system using the E2E configuration wizard the SS0 was created.

The the above said pop-up even with out giving username and password by clicking 'cancel' it is taking us to the results.
