CALL_FUNCTION_SINGLE_LOGIN_REJ error for TRUSTED RFC

Hello!

We are about to set System Monitoring function in our SAP Solution Manager 7.1.

It should be possible to jump from SAP Solution Manager (tcode SOLMAN_WORKCENTER) into several managing systems.

By clickling on several alerts within tcode SOLMAN_WORKCENTER we get the following errors in managing system:

CALL_FUNCTION_SINGLE_LOGIN_REJ

An RFC call (Remote Function Call) was sent with the invalid user ID "SM_SOL "

. Or the calling system is not registered as trusted system in the

target system.

User "SM_SOL " does not have RFC authorization (authorization object

(S_RFCACL) for user "Richard " witl client 100.

All the setting within SMT1 and SMT2 are ok.

The user "SM_SOL" has the authoriazation object "S_RFCACL".

I am also login into SAP Solution Manager with the user "SM_SOL", not with the user "Richard".

Any ideas?

Thank you!

Hello,

I think you need to review SAP Note 1594129 - Job SM:SELFDIAGNOSIS causes dumps after upgrade to SP26 of SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1. This should address this error.

Hello Paul,

many thanks for your reply!

I am on SAP Soltion Manager 7.1 SP2 (still Ramup), not on SAP Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 SP26.

But I will verify tomorrow whether or not the job SM:SELFDIAGNOSIS exist and who schedules the job.

When this job runns under Richard then I will reschedule the job under user SM_SOL.

The error is:

User "SM_SOL " does not have RFC authorization (authorization object

(S_RFCACL) for user "Richard " witl client 100.

Thank you!

Hello,

it seems to me that you have to assign a S_RCFACL role to user 'Richard' in the system, in which the dump raises.

More information see SAP Note 128447

best regards
