XD01 Blocked

Hi,

Some one has put the block on customer creatiion which is very weired and annoying. I am working on Ides system. While I am trying to create customer the message pops up saying You cant create customer.

Now how to remove this block . Please help me.

Go to T-Code SM01 ,enter the T-Code XD01 Decheck Under locked and save

I think to some extent you guided me right I feel, but I dont see any tick marks there. How to do it then. it seems some one has blocked it some where. Any idea ??

Hi,

I think,you cannot create customer for this particular account group.

Please take screenshot of SU53 immediatley after getting this error and send to BASIS team.

They will provide required authorisations.

Hi Venkat,

It seems the authorization for creating customer In IDES have been blocked. To my knowledge, get in touch with BASIS and Security Team to provide autorization.
