What is the prerequisite of an abaper to work with srm , in which areas abapers has to focus?

Hi,
Abaper working in SRM must be familiar with BADIs, webdynpro (SRM 7.0), Workflows (Application controlled/Process Controlled), Writing Z reports, BSP(for SUS and ROS).
