Application being closed on selecting value in OVS of select Options

Hello experts,

I am using select options in WD4A.

For a particular field i have an OVS and Advanced option arrow.

When i click on the arrow,i am getting a pop up for multiple selections.

In that there are two columns named "From" and "To" and they have OVS too.

When i click on the OVS of "From" and select a value from the OVS then my application is getting closed without any error

or trace in ST22.

Can anyone please help me finding out the problem.

Hello Shravan,

Are you using the WDR_OVS component for the field OVS? I remember in some thread, they faced the same issue and I think they solved this issue by using the select option OVS.

Let me know whether your OVS is based on WDR_OVS or direct DDIC based?

Thanks for the quick reply.

My OVS is not of DDIC Binded.

For a particular select option in ADD_SELECTION_FIELD i have given value help type oas OVS_help and then i created an event

handler which handles the ON_OVS event of select options.

And in that handler i have created the OVS.

I havent used WDR_OVS as well. And even if i add WDR_OVS in the used component i could find no difference.
