When I run configtool...
The tool displayes dispatcher server and then a cluster ID with dispatcher and server underneath
Why is this and which one do I change is I want to modify server or dispatcher parameters?

My experience is: use the latter one with the cluster ID or your changes will have no effect
the first ones is something like a template ? well i didn't really understand it but it never worked when i changed something there
