Divisin of Matrial showing different in MC.1 reports

Dear Experts,

Material division maintained in MM01.

Stock statement from MC.1 showing different divisions. (click on any plant> Menu bar View> Breakdown by> division).

But, Sales figures are coming in division maintained in Mat Master.

Please suggest, why the division in MC.1 is showing different.

The division is pulled from structure S039 (which inturn referenced from S031 and S032). You may need to run program RMCBS039 in SA38 and check again. You can try first in your test system and if the results are satisfied, then run in production system. Also consult with your MM specialist before running the report.

This must be happening as the sales figures in the report must be of the time when that material belonged that particular division. You may have changed the division later on.
