Dear All,
After some days I have to activate Audit again thru SM19.
After activating after some days it is automatically deactivate.

Are you just enabling security audit from SM19?... you should set rsau/enable to 1 on yoru instance profile along with a couple of other parameters to set it permamantly

Apart for activating the Audit from SM19 you have to set the below parameter in your instance profile.
Also you can you can specify the location where you want to save the log
rsau/enable
rsau/local/file Specifies the location of the audit log on the application server.
rsau/max_diskspace_local Specifies the maximum length of the audit log.
rsau/selection_slots Specifies the number of selection slots for the audit.
