Unable to create billing

Dear All,

I am creating a sales order and delivary, the delivery document is created. Now with reference to the delivery document i am creating the billing doc. using vf01 T code.

while creating the billing i am getting an error "Express Document Update was terminated".

again after typing enter the error is Document Does not exist (delivery document - 80000122)

Initially I checked for the number ranges its fine there. then I checked the copy controls from OR to LF, its fine there as well. Then I checked the controls of the document types for delivey and i tem category relevent for deliveries.

please do help me solving the problem...

Dear Sanju,

Please use SM13, give your client and username

Status ALL

Date : The relevant date range

Execute.

You will see list of update termination messages.

Click on your relevant message and there is a REPEAT UPDATE button.

Execute it.

Check and revert back.

I have solved through refreshing the server

The solutions given above could not solve the issue. Then later found that there was something which was troubling with respect to database. I got the system refreshed.

GO TO your SAP Inbox and check the automated mail received from system regarding the Termination

From that, please post the

ERROR INFO:

it will be like

Error Info... 8I 336: Error in allocating Excise invoice

Error Info... TD 600: Text TG1104001 500030

If you check in forum for the error you will get the required results, else post here.

Hi Sanju,

I had the same problem a few months back. This is purely a Basis issue.

Please check with your basis consultant and he must be able to fix it for you.

Run a single trace analysis using the tcode:ST12 and see where the delivery is getting update termination error.
