Material dispatch date

Dear all,

pls where can I find what is the last day when was material dispatched from our plant?

Dear janik77,

If your requirement is to find the last date in which a material 'A' was despatched from plant,

then in se11, enter table 'LIPS' and give your material number as 'MATNR' {if you want to limit the search based on plant, you can enter the value in WERKS}

clear the maximum no of entries and execute.

download the list to an excel sheet.

Copy the VBELN and again take SE11, put table LIKP as VBELN

Sort the list based on WADAT_IST

This will give the latest date on which the material was despatched from the plant.

Refer to the Actual PGI date/Services rendered date.
