in our scenario, when the manager reject the quotation, we need the strategy purchaser can accept some item of quotation again. in standard , after the manager reject it , the quotation gray out.
Once the quotation is rejected, it goes into the irreversible Rejected status. There is nothing you can do to "revive" this quote and try to accept some items. You could restart the whole RFx process by clicking on "Create Follow-on RFx" on Responses and Awards screen.
