Hi All,

In Solution Manager, the reported by field in CRMD_ORDER Tcode the BP of Current user ( Who user log on ) should come in this reported By field. Is there any configuration or coding part we need to do that? Pls reply me as soon as possible if any one knows.

Please specify the "USER" as access sequene in the partner determination procedure of Reported by

This fill the reported by field automatically.

Hi,

I am having another issue, From ECC if they have logged a ticket, user is not fetched, but it is coming as RFC User. I need to have the user id for ECC System. Is there any configuration related issue?. If it mean, please let me know.

Check your RFC. It sounds like the username and password are set, instead of using current user.

Hi

Goto you ECC system SM30 here you get the RFC name to your Solman system

Now goto sm59 here reach this RFC and goto change mode

Make this as Current User

But make sure the users who will be posting message have the S_RFCACL role or authorization so now they can post message and you can check this with their name in solman
