hi expert,

we used SRM7.0 in standalone scenario.there are 30 company and each of the company has one purchasing org.

I carry out PFCG, set Org . level. of purchasers only for his purchasing org. and his purchasing group.

the result is purchasers can only see the SC, RFx, Contract, PO belone to himself. it is right for us.

but why the purchaser can search out SC belone to other puraser group in sourcing cockpit?

what should i do to restrict them ?

Hi Claud,

Say there are 2 purchasers P1 and P2 belonging to 2 Purch Grps Pgrp1 and Pgrp2 respectively. Now if the responsibility of the product category A is assigned to both Pgrp1 and Pgrp2, then both purchasers P1 and P2 will see a SC with this category in the SOCO.

Hence it is all dependent on how you assign responsibility. However you could define the start screen under Carry out sourcing for Purchaser. Login to carry out sourcing, click on 'SETTINGS', and you will see 'Start Screen settings' with 3 options: No preselection, own PG, Default search. Here if you choose Own Pur Grp, only those SCs whose responsibility lies with the purchaser will appear in the SOCO.
