Link ADRMAS to CREMAS (or DEBMAS) on R/3

Hello Colleagues:

When syndicating a customer or a vendor from MDM to R/3, XI needs to split CREMDM into CREMAS and ADRMAS (or DEBMDM into DEBMAS and ADRMAS).

Besides XI configuration, how are the two messages linked on R/3... Is it necessary to configure anything special?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Jorge.

Hi,

On the R/3 front, there should be basic ALE configurations in place for a function or custom function module to handle the incoming IDOC.

We have configured inbound port and partner profiles, both for cremas and adrmas and both IDocs are processed successfully in R/3, however when cremas is procesed it creates a NEW address mater record instead of linking the vendor to the address master record created by adrmas idoc.

Thank you.

Hi

Is there any xi-content available in the service marketplace for that splitting??

You have to configure the Receiver Determination, Interface Determination and Communication Channel in Integration Directory.

You can split one message into multiple messages using the Mapping.

You can also use ccBPM to do this. In ccBPM, you can split a message into multiple messages. You can then route the messages accordingly. Here you can achieve serialization. CCBPM has funtions that the first message should be delivered before the second could be transmitted.

Hope this helps.

Thank you Adhappan, this is very useful.

However, I still don't know how to make the address created in R/3 by means of ADRMAS to be asigned to the vendor created by means of CREMAS.
