hi,

*Whenever we set the sender communication channel as FTP/NFS and Quality of Service as Exctactly Once in Order ....*

*Sometimes, the status of the messages in the message monitoring of the adapter framework is Holding status.*

*To clear the holding status messages from Adapter engine ............*

*process*

click on EOIO Sequence monitor.*

*If messages are stuck then you can see HOLD and NDLV status.HOLDreprasents holding the messages in adapter engine in EOIO queue.NDLVreprasents the messages not delivered to Integration Server.*

Hi,

Check if there are any messages in EOIO Queue using url http://<server>:<port>/MessagingSystem/monitor/monitor.jsp

Clarify if all channels like FILE,JDBC e.tc are in scheduled?

Hi,

Could you let me know if all the scenario's or only for a perticular Adapter Service.

If it is for a perticular adapter, check if the system (receiver)is down.Restart the adapter service in NWA.

in addition to smq1,smq2 also check sm58.

Also ,try the link http://<server>:<port>/MessagingSystem/monitor/monitor.jsp which is SAP Message Display Tool.

Here in EOIO Sequence Monitor you will find the error message and it's predecessor. Try to resend the erroneous message.
