Logon language of BEx Web Applications

Hello friends,

I have some problems with Logon language of BEx Web Applications.

i have already checked SAP Note 1008713 & few other SDN threads..

In our system, when a user logins to Bex Query Designer, it prompts a small login screen and he has the option to fill Language. However, he do not get web-page in his language .. but it comes in English.

When we maintain default language in SU3, e.g. German it works well. Again, if it is not maintained but Browser is maintained with German it works well. Is this correct ? Shouldn't it be the language of logon for BEx (same as logon on ABAP) ??

I want to know from where it picks language settings ?

Hello Ashish,

You can change the InfoObject under rider "Mastedata/Texts" to "Texts language depentant". So when users login English, they will get English description and German people in German.
