Hi ,
When I create a Form in the Project, I get 3 options 'Created', 'Waiting for Approval' , ' Approved' .
Not sure how does this work, is it a manual thing, otherwise who does the approval.

Those values are not tied to workflow. The workflow on the Projects is on the header level.
