ChaRM+Current IBase component is not in an active IBase

Dear All,

We are trying to create a CR through CRMD_ORDER and getting an error "Current IBase component is not in an active IBase".

The IBase is "1" and it has been generated using IB52 and from the SMSY t-code too. Could someone help with the right pointers?

hi,

Have u created IBASE manually??? you should done from smsy(Edit->Initial data transfer for Ibase). Please goto IB52, check is there multiple entry for number 1 (SOL_MAN_DATA_REP)....

Dear Jansi,

Thank you for the reply. The IBase was generated from SMSY. The checks suggested in the note (Note 1030498 - Maintenance Optimizer - IBase is not active) have been done but still the error persists. Do we have any other alternatives to eliminate the error.
