Dears, some users in our system, can not see the Detailed Navigation Menu (menu on the left side of the portal). Almost all users have the same profile called "EVERYONE" and see the same features. Only some users complain that they can not see the left menu. Someone has seen something similar?

These "some users", do they have the same environment as others (windows, browsers, ...)? Did they accidentally collapse the detail navigation panel?

Do these users have more or less tabs (top level navigation)? Do the details not show up in every tab or only certain tabs? What if you log onto those PCs with another account (e.g. admin)? I'm trying to figure out whether the issue associates with the user accounts. Any other differences that you noticed which might help narrow down the problem? Otherwise, since you mentioned that users have the same roles, platform environment/configuration, ... there shouldn't be any reason why the portal would behave differently.

Dao, All of our users have the same numbers of TLN on menu. Except support team members or administrators.Normal users have the same portals funcionalities. After logon, they just can see the string "Detailed navigation" at the left side of screen, but they don´t see anything more bellow.
If I log onto those PCs with my account ou admin account, the options appears normally.

If you can see the details with admin accounts then it's probably some permission/property issues on the iView/workset/page and/or role levels.But you mentioned most users have the same 'everyone' role and only a few have this problem. Can they see the details on other TLN tabs or all tabs have the same problem? How do you setup your portal contents (iView, workset, role, page, ...)?
