Hi Experts,

I didn't found ststus CTCM (certificate confirmation missing) even I entered certificate not enclosed in MIGO agaist GRN of purchase order.

when you tick on Certificate Check req in customization then:-->

You can confirm that you have checked the content of the certificate in the certificate transaction or when making the usage decision.

That is the reason Inspection lot is getting CTCM: Certificate confirmation required during UD

This option will be there even if you are mentioning certificate received during GR (Yes/No)

So you have to tick on " Certificate Check req "

Certificate check require:--->without lot :Block stock ,with stock:Error msg

then check

Hi Sujit,

I tell u what I did.

Activate QM procurement key in MMR. Maintain control key where certificate is required & release is required marked.

Assign certificate type. Maintained Q-info record with inspection active,if vendor is not certified.

Created purchase order. While taking GRN in MIGO system asked me for "Specify whether a certificate of type E21 is included".

Then in Purchase order data I mention that cerificate enclosed - No.

Then I run QC55 where I found status of certificate is 1 Cerificate is expected.

There are only below status are available in dropdown.

1Certificate is expected

2 Certificate recieved

3 Remainder for certificate sent

4 Certificate reciept escalated

5 Certificate filed & inspected

6 Certificate reciept canceled

7 Certificate defective

Now pls tell me below.

1. Where do I wrong

2. When & where do system ask for cerificate while UD if cerificate not enclosed while GRN in MIGO.

3. When do ststem assign status CTCM for inspection lot

4 Where do I get this option "So you have to tick on " Certificate Check req "

Certificate check require:--->without lot :Block stock ,with stock:Error msg"

In QA32 if status id CTCM then while UD it will through Error.

Qcc0-->QM logistic->QM procurement->Define keys for certificate processing->Define certificate type->Select the certificate you have entered in QM view of material master "E21"->make changes here

>Now make new PO .New changes will be applicable from new PO.

Not sounds usual. Hope you really saw the status correctly, sometimes you need to increase the size of the column to see the whole status.

I saw status correctly. There is no status CTCM.
