When click on the print preview button for the employee in PC00_m40_F24Q. In the task bar the error is Cannot generate control file (RFC1179)

Do you see any error message in the syslog (SM21)?

There is no log generated in SM21. Please resolve the problem.Is this is high level issue?

Since we don't yet know what the error is we can't solve it.

You can try if

Note 44009 - SAPSPrint or TCP/IP print server

helps you to get closer to the error.

This forum here is based on a voluntarily basis, if this is a production issue for you I suggest you open an OSS call under http://service.sap.com/message and ask the support for assistance. They also have the possibility to check directly on the system if you open the system connection.
