Screen Output Without Connection to User- Dump

Hi,

We just went live with EHP5. Everything worked fine in dev and QA system. In production when user clicks on the 'CHECK and SEND' button he gets error saying ' Screen Output without connection to user' .

I checked in ST22, this dump is caused in the program SAPLKEA6.

i get a dump in this statement : CALL SCREEN 100 STARTING AT 5 5 ENDING AT 90 20.

I need help on this.

Which table? Actually we have the same problem on our EHP5 system.

Can you check the table FAGL_CUS_GENINFO ....You need to maintain the new release for the components.

I am not very sure about this as Its been quite some time now, neither have i recorded it..!!
