'BAPI_MATINSPCTRL_SAVEREPLICA' can make change history ?

Dear all,

We are using fucntion 'BAPI_MATINSPCTRL_SAVEREPLICA' to change inspection type.

Now we have a issue.

When we use this function, we can't see the changes in MM03.

How can I make the changes in material master when I use the function ?

Is there parameters for the BAPI ?

Can you not use QA08 ,???

As I know bapi BAPI_MATINSPCTRL_REPLICATE & BAPI_MATINSPCTRL_SAVEREPLICA are Prepare Inspection Setup (Inspection Types) for Distribution

We are also using QA08. But in CBO program, we are using the function.

As I know, we can set the inspection setup in material master using the function.

I want to know how I make changes document in material master.

This function module is marked as a BAPI and calls the function module QAALE_DISTRIBUTE_QMAT_POST. In this way, the BAPIs can be encapsulated.

QAALE_DISTRIBUTE_QMAT receives the data that is in the target system, removes this from the IDOC, performs some checks (depending on the QMAT for the target system), and saves the inspection setup to the database, if all inspections have been successful.

Have you mainatained Sending & Target QM system??

I still belive that this is used for ALE.

Best way is to use QA08 only.
