Upgrade error NW 7.3 SAP_BS_FND

Hello,

We are upgrading NW2004s to NW 7.3. We had an error phase of Configuration.

Last error code set: Unable to generate addon queue. Return Code = 1, Reason = "OCS package SAPK-730GGINSAPBSFND does not match the current software component v", check log file 'SPDA_ADDONQCALC.LOG' for details

here is 'SPDA_ADDONQCALC.LOG'

3 ETN490 Use the Add-On installation package "SAPK-730GGINSAPBSFND" (type &4"AOX") for Add-On &2"SAP_BS_FND" rel.&3"730"

3 ETN245 The following import prerequisites of OCS Package "SAPK-730GGINSAPBSFND" have not been met:

3 ETN264 In the (alternatively) Requirement set "01":

3WETN492 Required Add-On component "SAP_BS_FND" rel."701" is not installed

2WETN543 OCS package "SAPK-730GGINSAPBSFND" does not match the current software component vector

1 ETN214X."**************************************************"

the system is NW 2004s so there is no SAP_BS_FND (it comes with EHP1)

FINBASIS 600 0016

We got XML from SOLMAN for upgrade.

Hello,

There is no guide that is specific to add-ons. There is a specific SAPNote which contains additional information about the upgrade that is specific to add-ons:

Note 1539356 - Upgrade to NW 7.3 with SEM-BW, FINBASIS, SAP_BS_FND, WEBCUIF

In the note, the following information has been specified under the tab Important general information about the upgrade

Required SAP and add-on releases prior to the upgrade:

SAP_BASIS 701 as part of EHP4 of SAP ERP 6.0 with

SEM-BW 604

FINBASIS 604

SAP_BS_FND 701

I'm facing the same issue. I want to upgrade SAP NW 04 to NW 7.3.

Did you find a workarround ?

Is it possible to go ahead ?

I have the same problem. According to SAP Note 1539356 you must upgrade your system to 7.0 ehp1 did you found another solution

No I didn't find any other solution.

I did it with 2 steps.

1. Upgrade to NW 7.0 Ehp1

2. Upgrade to NW 7.3
