Hello experts
We meet the following strange situation. Our dispatched production order were deallocated automatically from time to time when we go into detail scheculing planning board. We check in the production order in R/3, just can see the last change time by the APO ID. We check the back ground job arround the last change time of order, can not found the heuristic run or detail scheduling job. Is that any other thing will effect the order PP/DS dispatched status in background?
Best Regards

Hi Hailiang.
Did you reread master data or manually change the quantity of the Production Order on ECC side? When this is done the activities are deallocated when the order is sent to APO as per note
456756 R/3->APO: Scheduling status for internal production orders

Hi Tiago
Thanks for reply. We did not change the order in ECC, and the problem is not just one production order were changed, all the order changed to deallocated, and mark the same last change time and APO system ID in the production order. Check the background job shcedule, found there is job runing in the record change time but they are not PP/DS heuristic ans detail shcedule. Not sure if other function will effect the order and change something.

Hi Tiago,
In my case there is issue while releasing the order from ECC,process orders got deallocated after releasing. So I saw before releasing user goes to master data tab of process order and reexploded the BOM.So can it be the reason for deallocated process order in APO after releasing it from ECC?
We found the reason finally. The user used the old own developed sequence program in ECC cause this issue.
